Ben Howard has confirmed a series of 2015 UK tour dates.

The singer-songwriter, who is currently No.1 on the UK albums chart with 'I Forget Where We Were', will play a number of arena shows in April.

The run will kick off at the Echo Arena in Liverpool on April 13 before heading to London's Alexandra Palace three days later.

There will be dates in the likes of Birmingham, Cardiff and Glasgow before things are rounded off in Newcastle on April 25.

Tickets for the tour, which is Howard's biggest yet, will go on sale from 9am UK time on Friday (October 31).

• April 13 - Echo Arena, Liverpool
• April 16 - Alexandra Palace, London
• April 20 - NIA Arena, Birmingham
• April 21 - Motorpoint Arena, Cardiff
• April 23 - Leeds Arena, Leeds
• April 24 - SSE Hydro, Glasgow
• April 25 - Metro Radio Arena, Newcastle
