Earlier this week, the heartthrobs in One Direction sat down for a chat with BBC Radio 2 and opened up about the lack of holidays they've had outside of touring the world this year. 

The band explained that when they're not working, they like to be home although there hasn't been a lot of time to have proper vacations over the past twelve months. 

Niall Horan was asked if he managed to have a holiday or real break at any point this year, but revealed that his down-time priority is watching football so he decided to stay in England: "No I didn't actually. I wanted to stay in England because I haven't been to the football at all so I wanted to get a couple of games in and then if you go away, you have to be back for the football! I played a bit of golf."

'Story Of My Life' superstar Harry Styles then admitted that he had a week off and chose to spend it in the USA, but confessed that he didn't do anything crazy while he was there: "I stayed in America for about a week and then came back and went up north. I watched a lot of daytime television. I watched a lot of 'Heartbeat'. They made 90 episodes, I think... "
