Charli XCX has confirmed a series of tour dates due to take place next year.

The British singer will visit a number of cities across the country in March and April in support of her upcoming new album 'Sucker', which will land on January 26.

The tour will open in Brighton on March 24 before heading to London's Shepherd's Bush Empire a day later.

There will be gigs in cities such as Glasgow and Manchester before the tour concludes in Birmingham on April 2.

Tickets for the dates will go on sale from 9am UK time on Friday (November 7). The full schedule is as follows:

• March 24 - Brighton, Concorde 2
• March 25 - London, O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire
• March 27 - Glasgow, QMU
• March 28 - Sheffield, Plug
• March 30 - Oxford, O2 Academy
• March 31 - Manchester, Academy 2
• April 1 - Nottingham, Rescue Rooms
• April 2 - Birmingham, Institute
