Idina Menzel has confirmed a batch of UK and Ireland tour dates.

The singer and actress will head to the countries in June next year.

The run will open in Dublin on June 20 before heading to cities such as Manchester and Glasgow.

The tour will conclude with a show at London's Wembley Arena on June 27.

Menzel starred in the hit Disney flick Frozen and she released her latest album 'Holiday Wishes' on November 3.

Tickets for the UK tour dates will go on sale at 9am UK time on Friday (December 5). The full schedule is as follows:

• Sat June 20 - Dublin, Board Gais Energy Theatre
• Mon June 22 - Birmingham, Symphony Hall
• Tue June 23 - Manchester, Apollo
• Wed June 24 - Glasgow, Royal Concert Hall
• Fri June 26 - Bournemouth, Bournemouth International Centre
• Sat June 27 - London, Wembley Arena
