Ella Henderson: 'My mother is the ultimate inspiration to me'

Songstress Ella Henderson has revealed that her mother has been a constant source of inspiration to her and she really looks up to her.

Speaking to reporters at last night's (December 3) Cosmo Ultimate Women Awards in London, the rising star explained that she is most influenced by her mum and she hopes to become like her when she's older:

"I guess the most inspirational woman in my life has to be - it's very clichéd - my mother."

The beauty confessed that she would be proud to fill her mother's shoes in years to come: "She's incredible, you know? If I could be half the woman she is when I'm older and wiser then, yeah, I'd want to be like her."

When asked if she's planning to leave the UK for the USA, the beauty admitted that she won't be abandoning her home country anytime soon: "I'm doing a lot of travelling at the moment and I have been out in the states for quite a bit, but it's just the beginning over there... the same way it is over here. I'm just really enjoying myself."
