Steel Panther have praised 5 Seconds of Summer's ability when it comes to partying.

The US hair-metallers have a reputation for letting loose and they recently met up with the Aussies in the UK.

It seems the 'She Looks So Perfect' pop-punks left an impression on Steel Panther, who posted a photo of themselves with the group on Twitter.

They added: "Don't let the @5SOS guys fool you, they know how to party!!"

5 Seconds of Summer were without guitarist Michael Clifford, who was stuck in the US after losing his passport.

The group performed at the Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball on Sunday (December 7) as a three-piece.
