ABBA's Bjorn Ulvaeus: 'You'll never see us onstage again'

ABBA star Bjorn Ulvaeus has firmly denied the group might reunite.

The iconic Swedish foursome split in 1982 and rumours about the band reforming constantly rear their head.

However, Ulvaeus has told Billboard in a new interview that there is no chance of the quartet performing in the future.

He said: "We took a break in '82, and it was meant to be a break. It's still a break and will remain so. You'll never see us onstage again.

"We don't need the money, for one thing. Usually the reason bands have reunions is that one of them is destitute and the others want to help. Fortunately that has not happened to us."

Ulvaeus was speaking in promotion of new publication ABBA: The Official Photo Book.
