Beyoncé and Jay Z sued for 'Drunk in Love' sampleBeyoncé, Jay Z and Timbaland have reportedly been slapped with a lawsuit for allegedly using a vocal sample without permission. Hungarian singer Monika Miczura Juhász claims that the musical trio used her voice in the 2013 song 'Drunk in Love'. The Guardian reports that the lawsuit reads: "All together, Mitsou's vocals are featured for over one and a half minutes of the five and one half minute song. It is also said that the sample use was designed to "evoke foreign eroticism alongside the sexually intense lyrics performed by Beyoncé and Jay Z". Monika Miczura Juhász is reportedly seeking damages and for the song to be banned until her voice is taken off the track. Follow us: @Pressparty on Twitter / Pressparty on Facebook.
