AC/DC sell out Wembley Stadium in 60 minutes

AC/DC have sold out their upcoming Wembley Stadium gig in just one hour.

The Australian based band are due to play the venue on July 4 in support of new album 'Rock or Bust'.

Tickets for their UK tour - which also includes a date at Glasgow's Hampden Park  - went on sale today (December 17).

It has been confirmed that Wembley's 72,500 tickets were snapped up in just 60 minutes.

The tour will see AC/DC perform with founding member Malcolm Young, who left the band earlier this year due to dementia.

He has been replaced on guitar by nephew Stevie Young.

The group meanwhile released the album 'Rock or Bust' in December.
