The Rolling Stones share an end of year message

Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood and Charlie Watts have rounded off 2014 with a thank you message for Rolling Stones fans.

Following a year that has seen the rock legends named as the highest grossing live act in over 20 years, the death of Jagger’s girlfriend L’Wren Scott and subsequent postponed concerts, the Rolling Stones have stated that they have had a “fabulous” time during their 14 On Fire tour.

Summarising 2014, Mick Jagger said: “We’ve had a fabulous time on the 14 On Fire tour this year… We’ve played in over 19 countries to over one million people.”

Teasing the group's intentions to hit the road once again, the ‘Brown Sugar’ singer signs off the band's video greeting by saying: “Maybe we’ll see you in 2015.”

Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood recently made a guest appearance alongside One Direction for the premiere performance of their new single ‘Where Do Broken Hearts Go’.
