Meghan Trainor looks set to topple Taylor Swift at the top of the US albums chart.

The singer has just released her debut effort 'Title' in the States.

Billboard have reported that the collection could sell over 220,000 units in its first week to top the US chart.

The album features the global smash hit 'All About That Bass'.

Taylor Swift meanwhile has been No.1 for nine non-consecutive weeks with her latest record '1989'.

The next Billboard 200 chart will be revealed on January 21.
