Frontman Alex Gaskarth, of All Time Low fame, has confirmed that Calum Hood and Luke Hemmings from 5 Seconds Of Summer did not write any of the material on his group's new record.

During an interview with Sugarscape, the heartthrob explained that there is no truth in the rumours that suggests his band recruited 5SOS members to write on their new album 'Future Hearts' and it was just false information added to Wikipedia:

"I can deny they wrote with us. Yeah, I saw that the Wikipedia page for 'Future Hearts', someone had submitted that they had written on the album, but no, we didn't do any writing together unfortunately. Wikipedia is very weird in that way, because people take it as fact and it's like, no someone just wrote that because they felt like that."

Despite clearing up that report, Gaskarth added that he would really like to work with the Aussie lads again in the future because they make a great creative team: "I think I will probably do some more work in the future with 5 Seconds guys. I definitely plan to write with them again if I can."
