Charli XCX: 'I'm never a bitch to anyone - it takes effort for kids to skip school to meet me'

'Boom Clap' songstress Charli XCX has revealed that she 'isn't a bitch' and doesn't ignore people when they make the effort to try and meet her after concerts or at events.

Speaking to British newspaper The Sun, the beauty explained that the only people she would avoid are the ones who try to get her to sign merchandise in order to sell it to true fans online:

"I'm never a bitch to anyone - apart from the creepy old dudes who want me to sign 50 things for them to sell online. I don't do that."

"But kids, yeah. It takes effort for them to drive to the airport and skip school or whatever to come and meet me, so I'm always nice and of course I'm tongue in cheek with songs like 'Break the Rules'. It's not me advocating people to not go to school. Kids should go to school."
