John Legend and Common enjoy post-Oscars sales boost

John Legend and Common are expected to have a big sales increase in the US following their performance at the Oscars.

The duo ran through the track 'Glory' from the film Selma at the ceremony on Sunday (February 22).

It was one of the most noted moments from the event and Billboard report that the track is predicted to enjoy a 70% sales boost in the US in the week ending February 22.

That, however, only only takes into account the few hours after the Oscars ceremony.

The song is expected to receive a major sales increase in the next chart, which will run up to March 1.

'Glory' won the Best Original Song prize at the Oscars.
