Radio DJ Lisa Snowdon: 'We were banned from discussing Calum Hood's naked Snapchat leak on air'

Capital FM DJ Lisa Snowdon has revealed that there are often limitations on what she can and can't discuss on air and 5 Seconds Of Summer's management didn't want her - or her co-host Dave Berry - to poke fun at Calum Hood's naked leaked Snapchat

She explained to BANG Showbiz that when they interviewed 5SOS, they wanted to talk about the naughty photograph but were told not to bring it up by the lads' management and label:

"There's loads of things we want to do that record companies don't often let us do. The artists will be like, 'I'm not doing that.' 5 Seconds of Summer, one of them did a Snapchat of his willy or something like that and we tried to talk to him about it and we had this amazing willy banter lined up but the record company were not very happy about that. They had to put the kibosh on that."

Snowdon went onto add that despite being met with resistance from the boys' superiors, the members themselves were up for having a laugh: "I can't remember what we had up our sleeves but we had a really kind of tongue-in-cheek retort for him to have but the record company weren't playing. But the boys were like, 'We'll do it.'"
