James Bay has added a couple of dates to his forthcoming UK tour.

The singer-songwriter will play new shows in Manchester and London.

The tour, which is due to take place in September and October, comes in support of Bay's debut album 'Chaos and the Calm'.

The new dates will take place at Manchester's O2 Apollo on September 22 and London's Brixton Academy on October 1.

The tour is now as follows:

• September 27 - Newcastle, O2 Academy
• September 28 - Leeds, O2 Academy

• October 6 - Bournemouth, Solent Hall
• October 8 - Birmingham, O2 Academy
• October 9 - Swindon, Oasis
• October 11 - Belfast, Ulster Hall
• October 14 - Dublin, Olympia
