Tove Lo: 'Adam Lambert was so easy to work with'

Tove Lo has praised Adam Lambert after working with the singer.

The Swedish musician appears on the US star's upcoming track 'Rumors'.

Speaking to MTV about the collaboration, Lo said that he put her at ease whilst working.

When asked what the team-up was like, the singer replied: "It was great! I was a little nervous because he’s such a big star and I’d never met him before.

"Most artists I’ve worked with were people I’d known before. But he was so easy to work with, and so nice. We wrote the lyrics together and really connected on the theme of the song. And he’s such a good singer. So listening to him record it, I was just like, “OK, I’m just gonna lean back and let him do his thing."

Lo was asked if Lambert sang any Queen songs for her, with the Swede responding:

"I actually went to see him in Hamburg, and he was SO, so amazing! Because how do you follow Freddie Mercury? But he just hit every note perfectly and was very respectful, thanking people for letting him take that role. It was awesome. Chills."

'Rumors' meanwhile will feature on Lambert's upcoming album 'The Original High', which is slated for a June 15 release.
