Hilary Duff reveals what inspired her new album's title

Songstress Hilary Duff has opened up about the title of her long-awaited new album, 'Breathe In. Breathe Out'.

Speaking to 'Good Morning America', the beauty admitted that 'breathe in, breathe out' has become a phrase that holds a lot of significance in her life and because of that she wanted to honour its power by using it to name her record:

"It’s really a mantra for me, just to remember to soak everything in, every moment the good and the bad. The record is a lot of tough times and a lot of really happy times. So I think breathing in and breathing out and remembering to take a moment is something that is important to me and everybody.”

Duff also joked about her Tinder adventures and added that it was fun, but she doesn't have time to date at the moment: “I was really a fun experiment. I was curious …I don’t have any time to be on Tinder right now, I’m so busy with this record. But it was really fun! I wanted to do something normal that the rest of the world gets to do.”
