Slipknot's frontman tells Kanye West: 'You're not the world's greatest rock star'

Corey Taylor, frontman for Slipknot, has revealed that Kanye West made a fool of himself at Glastonbury by declaring that he is the "greatest living rock star on the planet".

In a short new video for Music Choice, Taylor explained that it was embarrassing to watch West announce that to the world and he can't help by feel that the silly statement says it all:

"Kanye... you are not... not the greatest living rock star of all time. The fact that you had to tell people that kind of says it all. You remind me of the guys who brag about p***y - they never get as much as they brag about. Stop it. Stop it."

Taylor, meanwhile, recently spoke to the NME about the war between streaming services Spotify, Tidal and now Apple Music, and explained that it disgusts him to think that people willingly offer up their music to sell products and he would never allow his own material to meet the same sad fate:

"I don't give a s**t, let the f***ing Taylor S**ts and One Erections sell their f***ing sodas and edible panties, I don't give a s**t about any of that. The second that I'm writing music written specifically to sell somebody a f***ing motorcycle boot, that's it for me, I'm done, I'm f***ing out."
