Rita Ora, Jessie J and Kylie Minogue support Save The Arctic campaign

A host of music stars including Rita Ora and Jessie J have posed for photos as part of a campaign to raise awareness of Arctic conservation.

The region is currently under threat from oil exploration, whilst climate change remains a dangerous proposition.

Designer Vivienne Westwood has created a Save The Arctic t-shirt for a new photo campaign that is going on display on the London Underground.

A total of sixty celebrities have adorned the garment in front of the camera, including Paloma Faith, Chris Martin and Ozzy Osbourne.

Greenpeace UK's Executive Director John Sauven commented: "Behind the 60 famous faces in this collection, there are millions more rising up to demand Arctic protection.

"The global movement to defend the Arctic is snowballing – with seven million people already calling for its protection."
