Annie Lennox's 22-year-old daughter, Tali, was rescued from the Hudson River over the weekend after she was involved in a kayaking accident although her boyfriend is still unaccounted for. 

She was enjoying a day out on the water with boyfriend Ian Jones near the Staatsburgh State Historic Site in Upstate New York on Saturday morning when their tandem kayak capsized. Lennox was pulled from the water by a passing vessel, but Jones has not yet been found. 

Captain John Watterson of the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office issued a statement and explained that "alcohol may have played a role" in the accident: 

"The current in the Hudson River is very strong and we believe the current played a role in the kayak capsizing, and once the two got in the water it was difficult for them to stay together. We're doing everything we can to find him. We hope to find him alive and well."
