The line-up for this year's 99.7 NOW!'s Triple Ho Show has been confirmed and it will see 5 Seconds Of Summer and One Direction reuniting once again to perform at the same event. 

The star-studded concert will take place at San Jose's SAP Centre on Wednesday, December 2 and other confirmed performers include Austin Mahone, heartthrob Nathan Sykes, and 'Worth It' beauties Fifth Harmony. Tickets have sold out for the show, but platinum packages are still available from Ticketmaster. 

5SOS have just wrapped up their extensive Rock Out With Your Socks Out world tour and will release their highly anticipated new studio album 'Sounds Good Feels Good' on October 23, and One Direction will resume their On The Road Again jaunt with a show in London at the O2 Arena on September 24.  

5 Seconds Of Summer, meanwhile, have already been talking about tour plans for their next album era and Luke Hemmings teased that they've discussed doing a run of smaller venues: "We’ll do our big arena tour and then we’ll tour again. I don’t know where that’ll be or if it will be in small clubs or bigger venues after the second album. We’ll just keep doing what we’re doing."
