Nathan Sykes says former The Wanted bandmates work so hard

Singer Nathan Sykes has gone solo since his band The Wanted split and he has revealed that he misses having the lads around, but is proud of what they're all doing individually.

During an interview with Extra, the heartthrob opened up about travelling and performing without his former bandmates and admitted that it's definitely an adjustment:

"Really well, really well. Everyone's like crazy-busy, so no one's in the same place at once. It's like, 'oh, I'm coming to LA', 'oh, well I just left'! Everyone's really good and they're all working so hard."

"Obviously you're close to everyone because you're on the road together and you're sharing a tour bus together... so you're basically sleeping on top of each other. There were some smells knocking around that bus. It's different now because that tour bus is so clean. I don't miss the smells."

He went onto add that he still has a lot of people on the road with him, but it's not the same as being part of a boyband: "It's different because there's always banter going on all the time... there are still a lot of people around me but it's just a different dynamic."
