Gigi Hadid has responded to pictures that showed her holding hands with Zayn Malik.

The singer and the model left The Nice Guy in West Hollywood on Sunday (November 29) morning.

Hadid has taken to Twitter to respond to the paparazzi images - but most of the words have been deleted.

She wrote: "There's just no need to be judgmental about situations that are not your own. Let live.

"I've found the only way to happiness is by living as though the microscope isn't there. If there was a real way to sit with each one of you and tell you my side of things, I would. But there's not, so I won't."

Those tweets were deleted and replaced with: "Sometimes life just happens ... For whatever reason in whatever timing. And sometimes it doesn't make sense til it does. That's it."

However, Hadid then erased that message and tweeted a picture that simply said "chill".

Malik recently sent the internet into overdrive by uploading a photo of himself wearing Hadid's glasses.
