Shawn Mendes is sitting pretty at the top of the UK iTunes chart.

The Canadian's track 'Stitches' has now topped the list, beating off competition from acts likes Justin Bieber and Adele.

The song meanwhile reached No.2 on the UK singles chart this week.

'Stitches' features on Mendes' 2015 debut album 'Handwritten'.

The track has previously peaked at No.4 in the US.

Mendes has been busy recently promoting his other new track 'I Know What You Did Last Summer'.

The Camila Cabello collaboration features on a repackage of the musician's maiden record.
