Panic At The Disco overtake David Bowie to top US albums chart

Panic At The Disco have achieved their first US No.1 album.

The band topped the Billboard 200 with their fifth record 'Death Of A Bachelor'.

The album sold 190,000 equivalent units over its first week.

Panic At The Disco's previously highest-peaking record was 2008's 'Pretty.Odd.', which reached No.2.

It means that David Bowie's 'Blackstar' has dropped to No.4 after previously topping the list.

Adele's '25' remains at No.2, with 'Purpose' by Justin Bieber sitting at No.3.

Rounding off the top five is Twenty One Pilots' 'Blurryface'.
