Willow Smith whips her hair on 'Ellen'

Willow Smith made her very first daytime talk show appearance on ‘Ellen’ yesterday (November 2), which included a chat with the A-list offspring as well as a performance of her hit ‘Whip My Hair’.

The star began her performance by showing off her influences, singing the chorus line to Rihanna’s smash it ‘Only Girl (In the World)’ before whipping it up in a theatrical stage act.

The 9-year-old then stepped off the stage and sat down with Ellen to talk about her desire to get into show biz to be like mom and dad, Jada and Will Smith.

"I would go on tour with them and watch them and I’d be like, ‘Oh my gosh, that’s what I wanna do.” She explained.  “I wanted to make a difference now, [and] because I wanted to be big and famous like my mommy and daddy and help people,” she said.

Ellen fawned over the youngster and awarded her an interesting gift: a bedazzled neck brace to ward against possible ‘Whip My Hair’ induced whiplash.

Ellen said: “Because you have such great style, I want to make sure if you do ever hurt your head, you will be in style.”
