Music stars pay tribute to their amazing mums on Mother's Day

Yesterday was Mother’s Day in the UK (Sunday, March 6) and music stars from around the country shared posts in tribute to the mums that have raised and supported them.

Bradley Simpson, from The Vamps, took his family out to the premiere of ‘Kung Fu Panda’ movie, which his band contributed to the soundtrack for, and shared a photograph on Instagram (shown below). He accompanied the cute photo with the following caption: “What a laaavley day at the Kung Fu Panda 3 premiere with the famalamadingdong. HAPPY MOTHERS DAY MOM U THE BEST. X”

Little Mix beauty Leigh-Anne Pinnock also uploaded a snapshot of herself posing with her mother (pictured above left) and told fans that she really looks up to her: “Mum your superwoman! Thank you for everything you do for us! Everything I am you helped me to be... I love you so much... Love your mother, the most beautiful person on this earth. Our best critic, yet our strongest supporter. Happy Mother's Day to all the wonderful mothers around the world!”

Pixie Lott, who is currently starring in ‘Breakfast At Tiffany’s’ at London’s West End, shared a message for her mother: “Happy Mother’s Day to the best Mamacat in the world. We have had the best adventures and we love you to the moon.”

‘Over and Over Again’ hitmaker Nathan Sykes, who recently credited his mother with keeping him grounded and humble, posted the following message: “Just wanted to say the biggest #happymothersday to my mum, who also happens to be the best mum in the history of motherhood. Thanks for letting me live my dreams and for supporting me every single step of the way. I'd be pretty lost without you. P.s. Sorry in advance for the spelling of "mum" in this picture!”

Janet Devlin told her Twitter fans that she was heading home for Mother's Day and shared an adorable childhood photograph (seen below), which she accompanied with the caption: "My amazing Mum! You've been my biggest supporter throughout my entire life! I can never thank you enough! I love you and thank you for everything. You're my hero!"
