James Arthur in top 40 biggest songs by British acts

The Official Charts Company has unveiled a list of the 'Top 40 Biggest Songs by British Artists of the Past Decade' and it features the likes of former 'X Factor' winner James Arthur, superstar Ed Sheeran, and Ellie Goulding.  

The data was compiled after looking at combined sales figures (physical, digital and streaming-equivalent sales) of tracks by British acts since 2010 and at No.1 is Mark Ronson ft. Bruno Mars with 'Uptown Funk', which has enjoyed phenomenal combined sales to date of 2.325 million.

James Arthur's version of 'Impossible' is at No.8, Adele has a total of 5 songs on the list, and British singer-songwriter Sam Smith is included 3 times with 'Stay With Me,' 'I'm Not The Only One,' and 'Money On My Mind'. You can see the full Top 40 below.
