Katy Perry, Fifth Harmony and Zayn achieve impressive UK sales

The British Phonographic industry shared its end of week stats last night and confirmed that Katy Perry, Fifth Harmony, Sia, Zayn, Taylor Swift and Adele have all now reached new heights in UK sales.

Katy Perry's single 'Unconditionally' has now been certified Silver by the BPI, meaning that it has sold over 200,000 copies. Taylor Swift's collaboration with Ed Sheeran has gone Gold, selling over 400,000 copies, and Fifth Harmony's 'Work From Home' has achieved the same impressive feat.

Sia's 'Cheap Thrills' has secured Silver certification from the BPI and her album, entitled 'This Is Acting', is Gold (100,000 copies). Zayn Malik's debut solo single 'Pillowtalk' has achieved the second-biggest milestone by going Platinum, which means the track has shifted over 600,000 copies since its release, and Adele's 'Rolling In The Deep' has gone double Platinum (1,200,000 copies).
