Fetty Wap on his youth: 'I didn't have a bed, I was lucky to have a carpet'

Hitmaker Fetty Wap, real name Willie Maxwell II, has opened up about his teen years in a new interview with The Guardian newspaper. 

Speaking about his youth, the star explained that he dropped out of high school and began selling drugs: “I didn’t even get to use no bed. I was lucky to have a carpet.” Fetty also confessed that he keeps his money At the end of the day, if the bank freeze, the cash won’t."

As previously reported, Fetty will perform live at the Billboard Hot 100 Festival, which is set to take place on August 20 and 21 at New York’s Nikon at Jones Beach Theater.
