The 2016 Billboard Music Awards will take place tonight (May 22) and the list of performers is incredible. 

The ceremony will be held in Las Vegas at the brand new T-Mobile Arena and if you're in the U.S., you'll be able to watch the evening unfold live on ABC at 8pm ET/5pm PT.

Confirmed to perform at the star-studded awards show are Shawn Mendes, Troye Sivan, Madonna, Nick Jonas with Tove Lo, Demi Lovato, Britney Spears, Kesha, Ariana Grande, P!nk, Fifth Harmony with Ty Dolla $ign, Justin Bieber, The Go-Go’s, Celine Dion, DNCE, Rihanna, Meghan Trainor, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton, and Lukas Graham.

'My Heart Will Go On' sensation Celine Dion has been named as this year's recipient of the Icon Award, and prizes will be presented by the likes of Wiz Khalifa, Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz, Lucy Hale, Aerosmith's Steven Tyler, actresses Jessica Alba and Kristen Bell, and Idina Menzel. Ludacris and Ciara will host the BBMAs.

Ciara, meanwhile, recently shared with Billboard who she is the most excited to watch perform: "I am looking forward to seeing Justin Bieber. I love his new album. Ariana Grande -- I love her voice. I'm looking forward to seeing Meghan Trainor. Fifth Harmony is performing as well and those girls are so sweet!"
