Usher and Future added to BET Awards performers listThe 2016 BET Awards ceremony, which is set to be hosted by 'Black-ish' co-stars Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross, will take place on Sunday, June 26 and some exciting new performers have been added to the bill. R&B sensation Usher, rapper Future, and Bryson Tiller have all now joined the line up alongside previously announced performers Alicia Keys and Maxwell. There will also be a special tribute to the late icon Prince performed by Janella Monae, D'Angelo, The Roots and Sheila E. Canadian hitmaker Drake leads the pack with a total of nine nominations at this year's BET Awards, but the Best International Act: UK category is exciting for homegrown talent as it sees the likes of Kano, Krept & Konan, Lianne La Havas, Skepta, Stormzy and Tinie Tempah up for the prize.
