Wonder teamed up with Tori Kelly for 'Take Me with U', with Hudson going for 'Purple Rain'.

Erykah Badu and The Roots opened the tribute with 'The Ballad of Dorothy Parker'.

Janelle Monae ran through 'Delirious', 'Kiss', 'Pop Life' and 'I Would Die 4 U'.

Prince collaborator Sheila E. closed the segment with a medley of 'Earthquake', 'Erotic City', 'Let's Work', 'U Got the Look', 'America the Beautiful' and 'Baby I'm a Star'.

She also performed ''The Glamorous Life', which was written by Prince.

The legendary musician died in April aged 57 as a result of an opioid overdose.
