Snoop Dogg has recorded a new track dedicated to Prince William as an engagement present.

The second in line to the British throne recently announced that he is to wed his girlfriend Kate Middleton next year and there have already been rumours swirling of a giant bachelor bash to be thrown by William’s brother Prince Harry and featuring artists like Snoop Dogg and Tinie Tempah.

However, Snoop Dogg said he has yet to be approached about the gig, but the rumours motivated him to write and record a new track called ‘Wet’.

Speaking to AllHipHop.com, Snoop said:  "When I heard the royal family wanted to have me perform in celebration of Prince William’s marriage, I knew I had to give them a little something. Wet is the perfect anthem for Prince William or any playa to get the club smokin'."
