Eminem could likely sweep the 53^rd Grammy Awards this February after dominating the nominations, placing in the shortlist for awards 10 times.

Although he has 10 nominations, the rapper can only win a maximum of ten awards as he his nominated twice in the Best Rap Song category with ‘Love The Way You Lie’ and ‘Not Afraid’.

Among his other nominations are nods for Album Of The Year for ‘Recovery’ and Best Record and Song for ‘Love the Way You Lie’, his collaboration with Rihanna.

The nominations were announced last night (December 1) at the Grammy Nominations Concert in Los Angeles, which was opened by Katy Perry who is also a frontrunner in nominations.

The Grammy Awards will take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on February 13, 2011.
