Una Healy says The Saturdays will definitely return

Singer Una Healy has just signed a solo deal with Decca Records and she also confirmed that while girl group The Saturdays are on a break, they will be back in the future.

During a Q&A session with The Sun newspaper's Bizarre column, she was asked if she misses "being a Saturday", to which she replied: "I don't miss being a Saturday because I'll always be a Saturday. We'll be back together in the next couple of years hopefully. We will be back."

She didn't reveal too much about the solo material she has been working on, but when asked if a collaboration might appear on her debut album, she added: "That's a good, good question that's all I can say."

This afternoon (August 5), she tweeted: "So excited to announce I've signed to @deccarecords the home to so many amazing artists I admire. #excited. Thanks so much for all the lovely messages they mean an awful lot to me."
