Emma Bunton thinks Victoria Beckham needs to be involved in a future Spice Girls reunion.

There has been speculation for months that the pop group will reunite for the 20th anniversary of their debut single 'Wannabe', which was released in 1996.

The latest reports suggest that they could reform to mark the milestone in 2017.

However, Bunton told This Morning today (August 23) that she feels an anniversary reunion isn't complete without Beckham, who has remained on the sidelines recently.

She said: "There's nothing set in stone. I personally think we should do something. It would be lovely (but) I think we need a Posh."

Earlier this year Bunton, Geri Horner and Mel B reconvened under the name GEM to issue a YouTube video.
