Country sensation Kacey Musgraves has announced details of a brand new Christmas album that sees her collaborate with the likes of Leon Bridges and legend Willie Nelson.

The album, entitled "A Very Kacey Christmas", features eight classic covers along with four original tracks and one of them is called "A Willie Nice Christmas", on which she is joined by Willie Nelson himself.

The record is due to be officially released on October 28. 

Speaking about the festive collection in a press release, Musgraves said: “I really wanted to create a whimsical throwback holiday record. One that evokes feelings of nostalgia and simpler times. I think that the fine musicians and brains that were a part of this project have helped me create a body of music that can be added to people’s classic collections.”
