James Corden has appeared in a new Apple Music advert dressed up as some iconic musicians.

The TV host channelled the likes of David Bowie and Slash in the new clip.

He is seen pitching advert ideas to Apple bosses as they consider how to promote their revamped music service.

However, his ideas - including dressing up as famous musicians - fall flat.

Apple meanwhile recently struck a deal with Corden's Late Late Show to get exclusive Carpool Karaoke content.

The popular section is being turned into its own series, with Apple Music subscribers set to get a first glimpse at the episodes.
