BRIT Awards Critics' Choice shortlist announced with Rag'n'Bone Man among nominees

The shortlist for this year's BRIT Awards Critics' Choice prize has been announced. 

The 2017 winner will be announced on Thursday, December 8 and they will also be performing at the BRIT nominations launch event on Saturday, January 14. The finalists are 'Rockabye' singer Anne-Marie, Dua Lipa and Rag’n’Bone Man. 

Speaking of her inclusion in the shortlist, Anne-Marie said: “I actually can't believe I am nominated for this amazing award. This is so sick. To everyone who voted for me I am so grateful and humbled, here's to 2017!”

Dua Lipa said: “I couldn't believe it when I got the news. So honoured and grateful to be nominated for the Critics’ Choice Award."

Rag’n’Bone Man added: "It's bonkers that I've been nominated for Critics’ Choice. Absolutely bonkers, I’ve been grafting, I built a strong fan base over the years with help from good people that put their faith in me. And now this! I'm very grateful.”

Previous winners of the coveted title include AdeleEllie GouldingSam SmithJack GarrattFlorence + the Machine, and James Bay
