The National and Common have been confirmed to perform at an anti-Trump inauguration concert in Washington DC.

The show will take place at the 9:30 Club on Thursday (January 19), one day before the controversial Donald Trump is sworn into office as the new US president. The concert is being held by reproductive health services Planned Parenthood and All Access.

A host of stars have turned down the opportunity to perform at Trump's main inauguration ceremony, with Brits Rebecca Ferguson and Charlotte Church among the latest musicians rejecting an offer to play.
