The Weeknd matches Drake's 20-week Hot R&B Songs Chart No.1 feat

Hitmaker The Weeknd has tied an impressive chart record this week with his huge single, 'Starboy'.

The popular track has now spent a 20th consecutive week at the No.1 spot on Billboard's Hot R&B Songs, which means that it has tied the record for most weeks at the top on the nearly five-year-old chart. The Weeknd has matched Drake’s 20-week feat, which was achieved with 'One Dance' between May and September last year.

It was also revealed this week that The Weeknd is at No.3 on Spotify's most popular worldwide artists list with 37.67 million monthly listeners. Ed Sheeran is at No.1 with 42.18 million and The Chainsmokers are at 2 with 37.8 million.
