Avril's single gets 30-second previewAvril Lavigne’s latest single ‘What the Hell’ is due to be debuted during her performance at the upcoming "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest". But, ahead of the show, a 30-second clip of the tune has aired on the ‘American Idol’ host’s blog. The track is true to Avril style, with feisty lyrics like: "I'm thinking what the hell/ All I want is to mess around/ And I don't really care about/ If you love me/ If you hate me/ You can save me baby, baby/ All my life I've been good, but now ... what the hell!" The song – which will be accompanied by a video come January – will be the lead single off of Avril’s long-delayed next studio album ‘Goodbye Lullaby’ which will be out stateside on March 8, 2011.
