Bruno Mars sent The Wanted a track for their new album

Boy band The Wanted have unveiled some exciting details about their forthcoming second album.

They have already written the new record's first single and explained to Digital Spy:

"The new single is ready and we're dead proud of it. It sort of goes back to the sound of 'All Time Low'. It's an uptempo track that I reckon could go down well in the clubs."

In addition to this, songwriters Ed Drewett and Steve Mac are working on the album, and Bruno Mars sent over a track for the boys to listen to as The Wanted's Max George told The Sun newspaper:

"We’ve already started recording the new album. Bruno Mars sent us a single too which we hope to feature. He’s amazing."
