Christina Aguilera in legal battle

Christina Aguilera, who has had a turbulent month, is now caught up in a legal battle over allegations that her label bosses failed to credit the original owner for the sample used in her hit single, 'Aint No Other Man'. 

TMZ has reported that the track uses part of a 1968 song by Dave Cortez and the Moon People called 'Hippy Skippy Moon Strut'. TufAmerica apparently bought rights to the song in '04 but Sony, Aguilera's label, had already secured a deal with Clyde Otis Music Group and Codigo Music to use it. 

Following this clash, TufAmerica are now seeking damages and are looking to be named as the rightful owners of the piece of music. Watch Aguilera perform the single live, here:
