The Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin, recently performed at her own birthday party proving to fans that she's still got it. 

It was the star's 69th birthday and she threw an impressive bash that included guests such as Smokey Robinson, Bette Midler and Gayle King. The 'Respect' singer gave a rousing performance of 'The Way We Were' with Dennis Edwards before exclaiming to her guests:

"I will be in a horizontal position tomorrow, all day!"
