Following the birth of their twins on April 30, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have renewed their wedding vows. 

The arrival of the babies was made an even bigger celebration for the happy couple as it fell on their fourth wedding anniversary so they decided to call in a reverend to bless the baby boy and girl, and to commemorate their love and new family. Cannon tweeted today, May 2:

"Thank you to @THEREVAL who came all the way to the hospital to renew me and my wife's vows and pray with our children."

"Yep we just had a wedding in the hospital!"
