Blue's G-A-Y royal wedding show

Newly reformed boyband Blue embraced their patriotism over the weekend and performed a royal wedding themed set at London's G-A-Y club.

The boys, who are set to represent the UK at this month's Eurovision, took the stage dressed as grooms on Saturday, April 30 whilst their male backing dancers wore bridal gowns, which were stripped off during the concert.

Member Duncan James explained their special performance after the show and said they wanted to show support for their country:

"The whole nation is feeling so patriotic this weekend, that we really wanted to do something as a tribute to William and Kate."

"As we're representing the U.K. ourselves in just under two weeks, how could we not get behind the royal wedding fever? The feeling of support for the U.K. currently is amazing. When we've travelled round Europe promoting Eurovision there is a really good feeling for us Brits out there. Hopefully the royal wedding fever is gonna help us get (full points) at Eurovision."
