David Guetta hires ex-Pentagon investigator

French electro mastermind, David Guetta, has revealed that he has hired an ex-Pentagon worker to investigate the theft of his brand new single.

An unmastered version of 'Where Them Girls At', which features Flo Rida and Nicki Minaj, appeared on the internet earlier this week and its untimely appearance forced Guetta's label to release the track early to compensate for it.

Speaking to BBC's Newsbeat, the 'When Love Takes Over' hitmaker explained "it's a big worry":

"We've hired the guy who works with security for the Pentagon."

He admitted that it's disappointing when music leaks ahead of schedule as it tears apart all the hard work put into a project by both the artist and producer:

"Usually inside the studio there's a Wi-Fi connection so between the engineer and the artist we can send tracks to work. They (the hackers) would be outside in a car."

"We have to have a real specialist because it's really crazy because every artist has huge problems."

"Our job as producers is to make the music sound as good as possible. If you put a demo on the net and people say it was the finished version then they're going to say it sucks. I really hate that."
